It would be possible to set up QPC2 so that clicking an icon it would
automatically start up and produce SMSQE in a separate window complete
with a graphic environment and Documents being available under win2_.

It would also be possible to create an environment which mimicked windows
so that a newcomer need not learn QL way of doing things.

It also possible to create a live CD which would you boot you up into
Linux and UQLX automatically. There are also Linux distributions which
deliberate imitate windows to make an easy distribution. The snag with
UQLX does not properly with AMD chips I have access to.

I get the impression that other emulators need special techniques to write
and read files and therefore only suitable for dedicated QLer's

So what about it?

Do you want t encourage mote QLers?
