Subject: Re: [Ql-Users] New to the forum
I don't know if your Trump Card has the "format ram1_,mdv1_" command -
part of the Tony Tebby toolkits on interfaces.
Minor typo, no comma in it, between ram1_ and mdv1_ and the underscore after
the 'mdv1' is optional.
If you still have your Trump Card manual, look for further details of this
under 'Microdrive Imaging'.
'ram1_' part can be any valid drive.
RAM drive, of course.
Welcome along Rod, nice to see you digging out the old QL again!
As well as this mailing list, there's a QL Forum you could try as well -

I hate to bring this up again (little-enders vs big-enders) but I and
others prefer bottom posting in mailing lists.
The reason is that new readers can pick up a 'conversation' in its
logical order. Reading backwards has always been difficult, for me at
least (8-)#
I should have said that you should copy out good files (no appended
star) to another medium (preferably physical). Often good files can
become bad on subsequent tries. It is sensible to copy to physical, as
sometimes a bad microdrive can crash the machine. I suspect it is when a
directory tree is corrupted.
