It is Norman's time that is worng (from the header):

Maybe, Norman, you are on SST (Scottish Summer Time) (8-)#
Scottish summer time? That's when it rains then! No, my laptop is set to
an NTP server so the time is always correct.
But having said that, I checked and noticed that it had lost the NTP
connection and I never noticed!
