I'm sorry, due to the recent loss of my father I was not in the mood to participate in any discussions. Just a short answer:

Even Microsoft's own DirectX diagnostic tools show the same behaviour. I've been and will continue looking into implementing an alternative input method, but this is very difficult to do in a compatible way.
