Ditto.   I bought an HP 7200 two years ago.  In 18 months they replaced
it 7 times!  I eventually said I wanted a newer replacement model, so
they sent a brand new 8200 for free and it works perfectly.

I still have the 7200 which I use as read only (8-)#
