Correct - just think, if they government (this one and previous lot) had
done it properly, that 'carbuncle on the face of the planet', sorry, I mean
the dome, might have been ready and usable when it was time for the
minellium (!) celebrations.
Personally, I can't abide new year, so I will probably be working.
