I have QDOS versions WMAN v1.53, PTR_GEN v1.71 and HOT_REXT v2.29

Within SGC/GC SMSQ v2.90 and Q40 SMSQ v2.98 they are same except Pointer
Interface (PTR_GEN) is v1.72

I expected with GD2 on Q40 that WMAN/PI would be later versions to cope with
hi-colour definitions of objects etc, but it seems not.
