Sorry cannot be sure if these are the 'last' but my versions (bought from
Jochen in 1999) are -
QPAC-1 Ptr_gen: v1.68 / wman v1.52
QPAC-2 Ptr_gen: v1.69 / wman v1.52
These are for 'plain' QDOS.
Rich Mellor (QUANTA Dec.98 p17) gives the then "current versions" as -
Ptr_gen v1.72 and wman as v1.53
However, his next paragraph may infer that these are for SMSQ/E versions.
