There was a replacement EPROM which provided the MAKE_DIR facility for
the Trump Card that was available about 7 years ago.

I want to suggest that Falkenberg wrote the code, but someone else will
have to confirm/refute that.

Ask Dilwyn for a copy of QLATter ... it will make & read MOCK
sub-directories.
