I've played about a bit with this one and now the best I can do is to wonder
whether the problem might be covered by this -
"EPSON FX SERIES
Narrow carriage FX models print to a maximum width of 8 inches. For these
printers [RH margin] should be at least 0.5 inch."
Those list members who recognise this as an extract from an MS manual... may
keep their heads below the parapet!
