If you are doing the work on a Q40, I can see no problem :-)

All you need to do is convert your files into a form readable by Windows
software.  The best way to do this is to stick to all the portable
formats like HTML, Text, TIFF, JPEG, etc, and avoid all the committed
formatting that goes with individual pieces of software.
