Haha no offense taken :-) However I have to admit that our (greek) meats
don't have neither FAM disease nor Mad Cow disease :-) The only Greek thing
that's indedible is... well... Greeks ourselves :-)

Nonetheless you are right, we tend to over-Americanize things not only in
France, but in Greece, Germany etc. (to name a few places I've been in my
life).
European cultures were always kind of mixed in a way due to influences of
centuries of trading, wars and the like...
We tend (as Europeans) though to forget our heritage and turn to American
standards which are not who we are... I am not of course criticizing the
way Americans do things, it's their decision and their heritage. It just
happens NOT to be my way of life.... and remember... if not for
over-Americanization, European computers would not be so Microsoft-esque
:-) and cool computers like Sinclairs, Orics, Acorns etc would still be
very much alive nowadays.... A pity really.

P.S. Not to mention that football here is not what it's supposed to be...
(hehehehe).

P.S. (2) Arsenal F.C. Rules!
