thanks for your reply. When I started QLtdis, I was thinking of using the
toip nibble for a starting point for the decoding process. I can't remember
now why I ended up doing it the way I am - I think it was too many nights
spent in too many different hotels (I was on various training courses for
work way back then !).
The bit about types 18 and 26 (etc) are my own 'types' where I have grouped
similar instructions together.
I'll look into your procedures and make any changes required if/when I have
a spare lunch time.
