that's the theory, but in fact I have never had problems getting binary
stuff (not even html-linked form anywhere) from geocities with 'wget' so
it must be more complicated than this.
Perhaps his browser has a bug and sets wrong referer or stores obsolete
cookies or whatever.
So get 'wget' and try it.
