It's IE5.5 and doesn't usually have a problem with binary downloads.  I use
the same version of IE5.5 on two machines and on both the download fails
with a right click-> save as, but succeeds with a click on the link from
Geocities.com.

The only other thing I can think of that is relevant is the fact that one is
behind Zonealarm, the other behind a full firewall, but, as I say it isn't
usually a problem downloading binaries from other sites.
