I can supply new IO cards for Q40/Q60 from running production, if you wish.

Second IDE port: IRQ 15

SER3 and SER4: IRQ5, IRQ10 (which one doesn't matter under SMSQ, but IRQ
sharing with SER1 and SER2 on IRQ4 and IRQ3 doesn't seem to be supported)

PAR2: No IRQ used by SMSQ/E
