I tried going to the link they gave, I entered my ID number and password and it promptly gave an error. The only time I had anything like this happen before was when someone did this to get an ID from me fraudulently by getting me to enter passwords and reporting an error. I finished that, changed my password and heard no more at the time. That left me very suspicious this time! Anyway, I've tried moving my site but the web page gives an error every time I try, even the 'forget your password' link crashes.
