I think so. The problem however is a) getting the chips. I only found one supplier for the CS8130-CS chip in Germany. The other chip, a MAX562CWI should be a bit more common but is still far from being a standard component. b) getting the board done and soldered (the chips are SMD ones, the CS8130 being very small). Actually I might have a few boards left, as one is only about 4x8cm big several were made in one go. It's far from being rocket science but don't expect it to be completely trivial ;-) Marcel
