I have just tried this out and find it will go down 2 or 3 levels BUT I use the expression as: DEV_USE 5,'WIN1_CWRK_DRAWING_' & DEV_USE 6,'WIN1_CWRK_DRAWING_BKUP_'. In other words, using a string variable not the name of an empty variable. Should this make any difference?
