There are 3 common types:
1. Compact Flash, about the size of a microdrive cartridge
2. SmartMedia, used in some cameras like my Fuji. SmartMedia is
thinner than Compact Flash and works on different voltage
3. Sony Memory Stick (know nothing about these except they are used in
some MP3 players)
