We are the same here. Our disclaimer is a bit stupid as well. It says 'This email is intended only for the use of the addressees named above and may be confidential or legally privileged. If you are not an addressee you must not read it ' and it goes at the end so by the time you've read the email, then the disclaimer, it's too late. Ours was written by a legal firm.
