Most software license agreements are not worth the electrons they are printed on. Some software license agreements had content that was illegal and would not hold up in court. In fact, I don't think any software license agreement has actually been run through a court room (or at least that what I read in the general computer press). So, buy feel free to buy software and don't worry about your first born child.
