You might have plugged into the worng Aurora board plug.

I am puzzled - you say have sH _and_ Di-Ren interface.
Keyboard interface?

Do you really plug sH into the Di-Ren kbd interface?
That sounds very dodgy.

What Minerva - MKI (without RTC) or MKII (with RTC)?
If MKII, LRUN miniconfig_bas, check Minerva clock, and check the other
values.

Mind you SGC imposes its own clock setting to the system.
PROT_DATE 0 to set the clock (via SDATE) and PROT_DATE 1 to protect it.
Minerva clock should be reliable (has Xtal).
If you have MKII Min, then following code (in boot) will restore Minerva
clock after SGC has sat upon it - you must have PROT_DATE 0 set of
course before calling the code:
