the Z88 Needs 6v (plus or minus 10% will do) at 500MA - Adaptors are readily available from Maplins etc. for about a tenner or less. I can't remember offhand if it is a positive tip or negative - I will look it up tonight when I get home and email again tomorrow. I use Lithium Ion rechargeables in mine, and these work Ok with a cheap recharger - handier than buying duracells all the time!!
