Well, that's what I was saying.  He would sell a CD-ROM with commercial 
software on it, that also happened to have a copy of the Source Code on 
it.  Yes, it would not be an "official" version, but it would include the 
same source code and be updated along with the main source.  Kind of like 
getting "unofficial" Red Hat CD's from CheapBytes.
