It was Ken Brickwood who was bringing the Level 2 ROMs etc to Byfleet.
I can always refund you for the ROM if you like, maybe the trump card is a version that is incompatible with Level 2 - I know there were several versions of Trump card.

Thanks for the offer Darren - it seems that the Level 2 ROM is actually not working - I have asked the customer to send it back to me and I will try it in a Trump Card I have here just to check.
Tony Firshman is making me up a new ROM in case.
