Hmm, it's all Double-Dutch to me :) >However it will read it right regardless of your settings in the preview >panel >Now this one (Opera Mailer) sends it right (I should know, I translated >the damn thing :-) > >Now do you see this?--- Yers.... > >(This shouldn't appear right once you open the email... should look like >question marks but should read right in the Preview of >Eudora) Hmm. I don't use Preview, but I just checked it & lo! it appears the same as in the reply window where I am typing. I shall have to describe it, however, as I notice it goes out as a bunch of question marks... So, I get (all in caps): AAAAA (with right-facing thing on top, a hat, a "thing" (looks a bit like an umlaut(sp?) only bolder), an umlaut, another "thing") The AE character The french C with a squiggle underneath EEEE (with left facing thing on top, then right facing, then hat, then umlaut IIII (as above) D with a horizontal bar through the left-hand vertical N with a "thing" above (see "A"s above) OOOO with right-facing, hat, "thing" and umlaut X, only very small and centered vertically 0 with a top-right to bottom-left slash through it (like a QL zero) U with a left-facing thing. So, is that right? I thought Greek had sigma, pi, ohms (OK, that's not what they're called, but is what they're used for in maths/electronics) characters in it? Hey ho. It's like Japanese, only different... :) -- Cheers, Ade. Be where it's at, B-Racing! http://b-racing.com
