Many thanks for the offer. I have now managed to get it sorted, it turned out to be a problem with the little PDF reader plug in for IE.
Thanks ot everyone for the help and suggestions, these files will now be available from my PD library service on CD if anyone wants these files without the cost of downloading. PLEASE don't ask me to email them anyone...it's nearly bankrupted me trying to download them as it is!
