Assuming your PC has two serial ports, COM1 and COM2, you could, via
the opening configuration dialogue (click on the SER/PAR button), make
SER3 be COM2 and SER2 be none or COM3 or whatever. Or did you mean
that your PC's modem uses COM3, if so, you simply make SER3 correspond
to COM3. Whichever way you want to arrange this, it can be done from
that configuration screen as QPC2 starts up.
