This has already been pointed out to me (by me!)

The likely answer unless someone comes up with a simple solution is
that only the fixed most common items will be included - MDV, ROM,
RAM, FLP, WIN - irrespective of what's on the machine concerned. If
you've used RAM_USE flp the icon for FLP1_ will still show a floppy
disk! (KISS principle, my excuse and sticking to it!)

In the end, it's only a set of icons to start Q-Trans displaying a
specified drive, so the extra icon 'Other' would start the Q-Trans
file menus with default configured drive names as at present.

Also, these icons will probably only show drive 1 for each device name
(even if your system has a twin floppy drive for example). If you've
used Q-Trans you'll know how easy it is to switch drive numbers.
