Rats. I've re-uploaded four versions.
They have all been done using Cygwin.
The .zip version has now been done with the GNU gzip, rather than the
(apparently NAFF) WinZip.
I couldn't recall what the "proper" extension is for a tar/bzip2 file (other than .tar.bz2 or .tbz2, neither of which I was really happy with, as I wanted to stick with a DOS file name convention) so it's using .tz2, which confuses Mozilla/Windows.
It's interesting just how much better bzip2 is!
I'll wait to see which (if any) of them work for you all.
