Although I welcome Darren's comments, I must say John Taylor was correct to say that the date and venue need to be determined now, assuming this goes ahead at all. The better venues (I think John mentioned St Joris college and Horizon Centre, I'd add the Portishead or Clevedon venues as excellent and well attended past venues, though they are not close to the major sea or air ports).
