A+ Computing bought the US inventory of QLs in 1985 or 1986 and they happened to be located in my state, New Hampshire. So I was able to buy my first QL and monitor for the same $300 as Tim but I could drive there and pick it up. When A+ was in England to negotiate the purchase they said that the furniture was literally being repossessed from the office of Sinclair Research while they were there. I imagine that gave them a little edge in the bargaining.
