I'm pretty new to all this map stuff, so please bear with me if I'm asking noobish questions... ;-)
I've downloaded a map from Computerteddy (http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/User:Computerteddy) and installed it. Now the map looks different then in the screenshots on Computerteddy's site. I was thinking that perhaps I didn't load the .type-file that came with the map - looked in QLandkarte but couldn't find a way to load a .type-file. I'm using QLandkarte Gt on OS X 10.6.6 - works good so far!
