Hello,

I've been using Qlamdkarte GT for a year or two and would like to thank
you all for your efforts. There is a small detail that makes my life a
bit more difficult than it ought to be and was wondering if this is
something that could be fixed.

Like many long distance cyclists, I use a route to direct myself, ie for
each routesheet instruction I add a waypoint saying what to do. For
instance WPT1 : left, WPT2 right etc... I have a Garmin DAKOTA which
when it follows a route displays the comment of the routepoint, which
isreally good as I can write my instruction in the comment of the route
point and i get clear instructions from the machine, so my route points
in my GPX look like this:

<rtept lon="-2.361033" lat="51.430584">
<name>003</name>                                     #this is the 3rd
route point having them numbered make the ordering easy!
<cmt>Turn Left  B1234</cmt>                     # When i follow this
route, the GPS will tell me to turn left into the B1234
</rtept>

If i fill properly the fields of the waypoints and then right click on
the waypoints and choose make route, this is what I get:

<rtept lon="-2.361033" lat="51.430584">
<name>003</name>
<cmt>03</cmt>
<desc>03</desc>
<sym>Small City</sym>
</rtept>

Which is not helpful as when I am riding my bike, knowing that I am
reaching the 3rd instruction is of very little help ;-)

Up to now, I've got round this using GPS babel and going waypoints ->
ordered list of waypoints in a csv -> route

If Qlandkarte GT could integrate this feature, that would be really good!

Thank you!

Yannig
