No, Nokia/Qt provides a binary installer for 4.6.3 for both the PPC and for
Intel, which works just fine (I just saw that there are 4.6.4 packages; have to
check them - maybe some issues just go away!). Tried to compile 4.7.something
on Tiger/ppc which took ages (I guess more than 15 hours...), and the result
wasn't working at all. Also tried 4.7.x on 10.5 and Intel, but the deployment
for 4.7 works only since OS X 10.6; tried both the binary and the self-compiled
version, so I decided to stick with 4.6.

Best, Albrecht.
