Hi Oliver et al,
a friend of mine wants to use a Garmin handheld GPS device with QLGT,
basically reading the GPS coordinates online from the device, e.g. for
tracking the route. As far as I understand from wiki and Device & Xfer
menu etc: the connection to the device via usb or mass device is supported.

MOST IMPORTANT: does this also apply to Windows ?

Unfortunately I can't play with the device myself since we are 1800 km
departed.

I fear this questions has been raised to often and may annoy you. Anyway
I raise it again. Can someone please provide a consolidated statement.
And if not perhaps what needs to be done to do so ?
