Hi Michael,

as I build and maintain qlandkarte on my PPA, it wouldn't be that hassle, to 
prepare 1.4.0 for a debian upload, as long as I haven't to hassle along with 
debian reviewers ;)

I try to release 1.4.0 tonight so that, if you would, a look over could help 
do an upload soon!
