I do expect the same but not only for the qlandkartegt map view, also
the Garmin map image must show a view according to the selected style.
This is clearly not the case if the selection is altered during a
session.

Lets have a look at the workflow to make it more clear:

1)           2)                  3)                  4)
Load map  -> select style[1]  -> select map tiles -> create Garmin map image

[1] hint: do _not_ keep default style


The bug shows up at state 4) because the map image is created with the
default style and _not_ with the selected one from state 2). The wrong type
file selection does also appear in the log messages listed in the "Create
gmasupp.img" dialog window.

Hopefully this is more clear now.
