always make sure that [email protected] is part
of the recipient list. Sometimes pressing the reply button will just
reply to the user you are answering, not the list. But this happens to
me quite frequently, too ;)

Regarding your map offset: I don't know what you are doing exactly. I
assume you have created an XML file as described here:

http://www.gdal.org/frmt_wms.html

If something is wrong with the projection have a look at the
<Projection> tag. Maybe there is a typo.

If my assumption is wrong you have to describe what you are doing in detail.
