Building worked. I didn't have a "ccmake" binary in PATH, so I tried
just "cmake", which apparently worked. I deinstalled the Debian package
and did "make install" after building, and it works as expected.

So I tried to convert the database from qlk again. I'm impressed -
my overlays are available as tracks now - fantastic!

Now, there is only one thing that was not converted: my personal
waypoint icons. Waypoints that referenced one of my icons under
".config/QLandkarteGT/WaypointIcons" reference the "Default" Icon in qms
after importing the database.

I would consider 2 of these types of Icons useful for qms, btw. Maybe
we could add such types of Icons to qms:

The first showed an downwards arrow and had the name "Hint". I used it
for things notable for orientation, like "large wooden bank", or things
like saying "very nice route" or so.

The second one showed a red exclamation mark and was named "Warning". I
used it for things like "here is no bridge over that river anymore" or
"no passage here" etc.

Regards,

Michael.
