If we want to make waypoint icons built-in they should have a name in
the Garmin world. And ideally in the TwoNav world, too. If there is no
icon name, it makes no sense to make them built in because users would
always need to copy bmp files of those icons onto their devices.

1) Can you please verify if these icon names are known to Garmin?

2) An icon must be delivered in the code base as SVG. See
src/icons/waypoints. I use inkscape to draw these icons.

If you take care of 1 and 2 I will take care of the integration into the
source code.
