Hey all, I finally found the solution. Go to Basecamp, set a new waypoint, click on the icon of the waypoint to get in the icon menu. On Mouseover the name of the respective waypoint is shown. Go back to your customized icons in the WaypointIcons folder of Qlgt und name the file like the the name shown in Basecamp. For example: The tent icon in Basecamp is called campground. So you have to rename your tent icon in Qlgt into campground.png. Then you can export a waypoint from Qlgt with the tent icon to your Garmin device and it will replace your customized tent icon from Qlgt with the tent icon from Garmin (the icons in Basecamp and in the Garmin GPS device are the same).
