Hi Rainer

I could have told you before. The official binary is done with
VisualStudio. And it is well documented how to do it. That is enough
work for Windows from Helmut's and my side. Everything else has to come
from a Windows community. So far nothing came.

I already committed the patch to fix the dangling pointer in the code.
Please update from repository.

Everything MinGW related you have to fix yourself. Please fork the
repository before you start and commit the fixes as pull request, if you
want your work to be part of the repository.
