Hi Mitxel, one more recommendation:
Running "make check" is equivalent to running "LinkCheck.py". The output should be the same.
Thus, run only the Python script and check the output. If the HOT file is the only one not referenced, then everything is fine with your copy of and your additions to the repo.
Run "make nav" and upload (i.e. commit your changes and push) to the repo.
