the QMapShack wiki mentions a way to get access to the French IGN WMTS
serves by obtaning a free key from http://professionnels.ign.fr/.
Well, I tried this. It seems to me, this free "licence géoservices IGN pour
usage grand public" is no longer available. The web site now lists annual
prices starting from € 1.500 for access to IGN web services.
My French is quite limited, though. May be, I missed something.
Can anyone comment on this, please?
