These common MDAs were designed in an assumption that Maildir is already
created, so it's not necesserly a design failure. They weren't designed
to work with a mail server that doesn't create maildirs. As
far as maildrop modification, I don't really have time for it. It
currently supports LDAP authentication, but it's wrong to use it with
qmail-ldap. If you want to hack maildrop, please do.
