problem with qmail-pop3d

Hello All,   I'm not able to pop the mails to outlook. i'm using qmail with ldap patch. i configured qmail-pop3d as in lifewithqmail document. But i saw a config in lifewithqmail/ldap document as   qmail-pop3d-conf /var/qmail/bin/auth_pop qmaill /var/qmail/service/pop3d   i don't find anything as qmail-pop3d-conf. Is this the problem.   I'm able to pop sytem user mails.   Regards, Keerthi
