This appears to be a problem with the memory limit (softlimit) try
increasing it to 5MB
When I attempt to send the LDAP user a message I get the "Sorry no mailbox
here" message.
If I change the LDAP authentication info in /control qmail says that it
can't log into the LDAP directory so it appears to be able to query the
directory.
Can you give more details here
