Kaspersky provide a static binary (we tested the Linux version, I do not know what other OS they support) to replace qmail-queue (the same way qmail-scanner does) which will scan emails and then pass it to the real qmail-queue (renamed). I can not recall the exact problem we had (I am not the one who did the test) but we decided to continue to use qmail-scanner as it had some problem with some of the attachment we received. You may want to contact them to know if that issue had been sorted as the test was performed around July 2003 and the problem is probably sorted by now. I had a very good relationship with the UK branch when I was at my previous job where we used it. I found them to be very easy to contact and get support from.
